Conditions

Upon registration of any and/or all program and services of SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED constitutes to agreement of any and/or all stated in the terms and agreement.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The ‘Client’ shall acknowledge to indemnify and agree to any limitation of liability of this term and conditions of SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. ATTENDING CAMP/SESSION/EVENT/ACTIVITY​

  • All attending participants have to be properly attired.

  • All participants have to be in the best of health and physical, mentally fit for the program.

  • All participant with any visible/noticeable ailment/illness/sickness, would need to provide a recordable documentation.

  • In the event that any

  • camps/session/event/activity cannot commence due to circumstances may be cancelled on the discretion of the

  • Company’ and/or its staff.​


3. REFUND AND MAKE-UP DAY

  • Any and all programs that are cancelled, discontinued and/or disrupted by order of any Singapore Government no refunds, disbursement and/or compensations will be given, e.g, Covid lockdown.

  • If participants decides not to attend the camp or is unable to attend the camp a make-up day will be given as a replacement for the session that is missed.

  • In the event of wet weather or any situation that does not allow at least 1 hour of the activity of the day, a make-up day will be given as compensation.

  • Refund is only and solely applicable when the decision to cancel any CAMP/SESSION/EVENT/ACTIVITY​ that the Client has registered for.

  • Any transportation services that are engaged that are not used will be compensated for the same value with the next participation.

4. GRANT OF RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA

  • SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED will be allowed to take pictures of and/or film (picture and sound).

  • SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED granted the right to use, reproduce, copy, publish and make such ‘Material’ available to the public.

  • SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED shall assume anonymity of all participating individuals.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

  • SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED has the rights to receive, collect and store any information that is provided by the participants.

  • SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED upholds the responsibility to not distribute, disclose, share, and/or sell and information that have been provided by the participants.​


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • All participants and/or its representatives releases and indemnify SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED from any and all liability now or in the future.

  • SINGAPORE CITY CUBS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any type of special indirect or consequential loss whatsoever.
